Returns, Refunds or Cancellations Policy
We do not guarantee that all pop vinyls will be perfect once it has reached it is destination. But we will promise you that all items will be packaged carefully and try to provide you a collection grade!
All of our goods are packed carefully in boxes with wrapping to ensure the goods do not get damaged and arrive safely to our buyers at their nominated address.
We do our best to hand pick quality items, however you might not receive a perfect box or paint job. There may be shelf-wear or slight imperfections.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange or refund items due to imperfections.
However, sometimes items can become damaged during transit or there is some sort of manufacturing defect, which in turn makes the goods unfit for their intended purpose.

Genuine Collections will only accept returns, process refunds, or exchange goods if we are contacted or notified within 7 days of receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.
Note: It is up to the buyer to pay the cost of shipping for returned items.
Refunds
Items that has significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we'll happily exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock it maybe exchanged for another item of equal value or a full refund will be given (excluding the shipping amount from the order).
Cancellation
We do not accept any cancellation of any orders. If you would like to cancel your order then no refund will be given. We will only accept cancellation of an order if we are unable to provide the items you have ordered.
