Shipping Information

Pre-Order

Pre-Orders requires payment up front, in full. If you place your Pre-Order along with additional On Hand or In Stock items, we will hold all the items and ship them together once your Pre-Order is available to ship. 

If you do not want in stock items to be held until your Pre-Order is available, please place separate order.

 

Combine Shipping

Once you have ordered an item and you would like to add another item/s you cannot combine shipping.  

 

Australian Customers

We ship all our goods from Melbourne Australia.

All orders will be shipped out next business day if order is received by 5pm and if we have the stock on hand.

If we don't have the stock on hand it may take up to 10 business days before we are able to ship the items to you.

Please note that business days are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Australian Public Holidays.

We ship all our goods in a box and carefully wrapped to prevent any damage. Our method of post is via standard Australia Post eParcel.

If pickup from store is selected you are able to pickup from the following areas:

  1. Melton
  2. Point Cook
  3. Caroline Springs
  4. Green Gully Reserve
  5. Melbourne CBD
  6. Williams Landing

Once we have the items on hand Genuine Collections will contact you to schedule a time and place via email or mobile/phone.

 

International Customers

Welcome and we hope to see you again.

We offer international shipping and all our goods are shipped from Melbourne Australia.

All orders will be shipped out next business day if order is received by 5pm and if we have the stock on hand. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Australian Public Holidays.

We ship all our goods in a box and carefully wrapped to defer any damage.

  • Name
  • Address
  • List of goods that you would like to purchase
  • Would you like your order to be tracked or not?
  • Would you like your order to include insurance if so what would you like the value to be insured for?

Genuine Collections cannot be held responsible for any duties or taxes imposed on your package once it leaves Australia. Also Genuine Collections is not responsible for any customs, taxes or Brokerage fees.
