Genuine Collections is a registered business and by proceeding in purchasing in our online store and accepting that you have read the terms and conditions of the sale; you are accepting to the terms and conditions as stated below:

 

Prices

Our prices are final and are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless the purchaser is an international purchaser, and therefore the following applies:

  • GST portion (reduction by 10%) is taken from the cost
  • International customers using a credit card will have their order purchased in $AUD.

 

Availability

Our website is constantly updated with new stock and availability, and we make every effort to ensure the information is correct and accurate. However, sometimes we experience loss in stock or gain new stock. If we experience a loss in stock and you had purchased the merchandise we will provide full refund of your purchase. But in the other scenario where we gain new stock we will update our website as soon as possible.

  • If there are no damage boxes then you will get a non damaged box

 

Standard Edition 

  • The item's packaging condition is great
  • Suitable to display in the package or to open
  • Each pop vinyl will be bubble wrapped

 

Collectors Edition

  • The item's packaging condition is great
  • Suitable to display in the package or to open
  • Each regular size pop vinyl item will include a pop protector


 BIB - Back in box

  • Displayed item 
  • Displayed item can only be pick up due to item inspection
  • No return once it has been picked up and inspected


Pre-Order

Once you have pre-ordered for a particular merchandise this is Non-Refundable if you wish to cancel your pre-ordered merchandise.

 

Pre Order Dates

We estimate our pre-ordered merchandise based on what on our supplier information. However, these are estimated dates and are subject to change without notice. If this occurs we will update the particular merchandise affected in our website.

 

Liability

Genuine Collections takes pride in making sure that the information provided for each merchandise is free from error but this cannot always be guaranteed. As there are situations that can arise where for example the merchandise pictures, descriptions and prices are inaccurate or may change. Therefore, Genuine Collections will not be held responsible if the actual merchandise varies from the released prototype image. You must agree to the "Shipping Information, Returns, Refunds and Cancellations," section before purchasing any merchandise.
